Fly in water bottle trauma

From the category of "thought you'd heard it all"...
"The country's top court has swatted down a $300,000 damage award to a man who says he became depressed, anxious, obsessive and phobic about flies after finding a dead insect in his bottled water."

This overturning basically makes it clear that unless the person responsible for an agent that causes psychological issues actually knew beforehand that there was reasonable potential to cause those issues in a person with "ordinary fortitude", it isn't fair to hold them accountable.
