Cell phone signals and oil pipelines, whats next?

Terrance Nelson is demanding his share of profits from an oil pipeline that never touches his land. The oil doesn't come from his land and doesn't end up on his land.
They tried previously to claim money for cell phone signals that passed over their lands. What next?
