Emergency Vehicles and Lights on #1 Highway

There are around 4 emergency vehicles on highway #1 with their Emergency lights on for past hour. Does anyone know whats going on? Its between the turn off to Chater and East towards the turnoff to Douglas. Just seems odd they've been there for a for over an hour.

There was a van and a semi in the ditch around 8. Didn't look bad or couldn't really tell what happened. Van was pretty deep and Semi was jackknifed probably had to shut hwy down to get him all straightened out.

Icy roads

Heard last night the roads around Brandon were icy in spots, including the Trans-Canada east of Brandon. There was a rollover involving a military jeep this morning on the Trans-Canada by Douglas.
