I am surprised that this news item has escaped the discussion processes of ebrandon. As one who is lothe to give a personal opinion on this forum, I will none the less state that Dr. Morgentaler did a service for women and saved many lives from the “back street abortionists” that he replaced. On the other hand this was, and continues to be a divisive topic, with an approximate 50/50 split for or against, and so I think it is wrong for Ridue Hall to nominate this particular candidate at this time in our history.
