I have run into a lot of problems in the past with the doctors at WCM and they certainly didn't concern themselves with symptoms. I didn't feel like I was treated with respect there, but pushed around so that I might buckle under to their whims. I stood firm and didn't go back. I have learned to stand up for myself & be proactive with my own health through that and other negative experiences.  
 
For example, I did go through 4 doctors over 3 years before a fifth(!) doctor asked if I had ever had an ugly lump checked out. The 4 gave me bogus and sometimes ridiculous comments about what it was when I asked them to check it. Sometimes it was personally offensive too, like what you are being told. In my case, it was: "fat people get those". I had just had a baby... It did turn out to be cancer as I had suspected before approaching the first doctor.  
 
My point here is...PUSH to get your problem properly diagnosed. You know when something is wrong with your body. You live in it after all and you only get one. Don't be afraid to change doctors and be proactive until you get real help.  
 
I prefer Newmount on 18th. I have gotten better diagnoses and treatment there when in need of a walk in.  
 
Emergency should be an option for those symptoms (they aren't normal, and don't sound anxiety related), but you might be waiting quite some time before being seen and who knows what type of response you will get.

When i felt need to. The symptoms come n go. I was told by dr.heibesh i had calcification built up on c7 area of my neck. but pelvis pain that goes up around my hip n my leg feelin like that is whats botherin me most atm  
 
I just dont know where to go to get a good doctor n them to stop wastin my time n theirs n jus do tests n check it out what actually goin on inside

Fortunately for me, he did the biopsy on his last day. Unfortunate, though, that I cannot refer you to him. He actually listened and responded appropriately, always treating a patient with respect. He was very respected by all at that hospital. I know of no one else there like that. Why do the great ones always retire?  
 
I have no one to refer you to as a regular doctor. I do know that there was a new-to-me doctor at Newmount...he was very good IMO, at least in my limited experience in his office...he was respectful and listened and didn't tell me I was wrong about an obvious problem (I have had that happen many times in the past). I am sorry that I don't remember his name, but he works with Dr. Benning.  
 
My advice is still to keep fighting. You will know when you find the right doctor.

Read through the symptoms you listed and thought you would be better at a hospital than on here. I always take an interest in medical topics, and after reading all your listed symptoms I mentioned to my wife if maybe you had taken a fall lately. The reason for asking that is I''ve done many stupid things that has ended up causing me damage to all different levels of my spine, and know of the pain that pressure on a nerve can cause.  
You came back in a later comment about a Doctor mentioning about disc C4, and you might not only have damage at that disc but lower down as well.  
Question is, have you visited a chiropractor?  
Sometimes the pain caused by disc and nerve problems seem so real, right down to believing that you have a nail through your heel, or a papercut that is a few inches long, but neither of these are actually a reality.  
Ask your doctor about related symptom caused by disc and nerve compression, a few questions about a prognosis can explain a lot.  
Guess that should be diagnosis.

Considering the tingling, etc, I would tend to agree with Don. It does sound like it could easily be nerve related.

Was it dr.bennings son? Those are the only 2 doctors i know of at newmount medical , dr.benning and his son dr.benning lol is there more doctors there ?

Dr Glenn used to be at Newmount also.

If your condition is related to muscle or nerve injury or dysfunction you may get better results with a physiotherapist or massage therapist. They have more specialized training in assessing and treating impaired mobility.

to do brown if I had calcification on my cervical spine I would not ask for an chiro adjustment for my neck.

I might be a bit odd at times, but when it comes to going to a doctor about a concern I believe in really good communication, which usually involves letting them know what any other doctor has had to say about what I'm there for.  
Your certainly correct about if a joint,or disc, had started to calcify trying to adjust it would likely do significant damage. I'm hoping that on a first visit the doctor, regardless of their field would get as much information as well as possibly take x-rays. Not sure about all chiropractors but I know that some now refuse to do adjustments on a persons neck.

yes the first best idea is to see your GP so they can investigate and do x-rays. I had a friend who was going for chiro appts, lots of them. I asked them if they had seen their doctor to get a diagnosis and they said no. The chiro wasn't helping with the pain and wondered why and finally asked the patient to get x-rays. Severe osteoporosis and should not have been getting adjustments in the first place. That's why I always think GP should be consulted first.

Hi Those symptoms don't sound fun, and they deffenetly don't sound like anzxity. I'd go to phisio. We go to Dr. Turner, she's at the Brandon Clinic across from the hospital. Hope this helps. Hope you get some answers soon. Take care,

if this is a new thing that just started I would get to emerg to ensure it is not a heart attack.  
 
otherwise i would find a family doc that listens, and will do some tests or refer you out to a specialist for follow up.  
 
I have found Dr Benning on 18th st really good and never more that a 10 or 15 minute wait in the waiting room.

Go to the Pan-Am Clinic in Winnipeg. They have a walk-in, but get there early as it is super busy. They also have everything they need at the clinic. (X-ray, MRI, even do day surgery there.) Plus they have some of the top specialists in the province there.  
Don't waste a lot of time with local GP's if you are not being taken seriously. Just because your local GP hasn't heard of cases like yours, doesn't mean that it is nothing or you are over-reacting. It is time to seek help from a source who can point you in the right direction.  
Lots of people go to the Pan-Am Clinic when they are unable to get help from the local GPs.

Almost 20 years ago, I had a swollen leg was 17 years old. Got told no big deal. Kept walking and working on it. A week went by and was driving to school and started coughing up blood. My lips were blue. Called my parents and passed out. Got taken to emergency and wound up in the ICU for a week on a heparin drip then transferred to a medical floor for another week on a heparin drip. Got converted to oral anticoagulants and daily injections.  
Diagnosis multiple pulmonary emboli (lung blood clots), femoral blood clot (clot in groin) and politeal clot (clot behind knee, the origin) with later diagnosis of post thrombotic syndrome. The cardiovascular surgeon I last saw told me the rates of young adults experiencing blood clots was only bound to escalate and that I was incredibly lucky not to be dead and that if anything it was an important reminder blood clots can happen in any age group.  
So no - a swollen leg is “no big deal”. At least it warrants a vascular Doppler (ultrasound to check blood flow).
