I haven't been to Physio for about 10 years, so need a little update on where's a good place to go.

I highly recommend Julie @ Westman Evaluation & Rehabilitation Clinic. They are located in the basement of the First Street Plaza, next door too the Brandon Clinic.

I have been to dynamic physio and seen Bobby mainly but had to see a few of her co workers when she was unable to. Great knowledgeable staff with many different options to help you get moving better

Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Karrah Howie at West-Fit. She doesn't mess around, absolutely love her.  
I went to another physio location, they told me basically I imagined my injury, but I would need physio for the rest of my life. But they could help get me on province disability. So basically, I could sell my house and when that money ran out, I could get welfare. That was for an injury to my hand, that they never touched AT ALL during the assessment.  
Yeah, not happening EVER.  
 
Then I went to Karrah at West-Fit. Not even after five minutes into the assessment, she was like "You have a torn ligament. It is very fixable ." And then she recommend an excellent surgeon for my doctor to refer me to. My hand, with corrective surgery and physiotherapy, is 100% better.  
Karrah also fixed my daughter's knee problem in less than 2 months. Mind you, my daughter was very good about doing her exercises every day at home. No excues, no cheating.  
Love Karrah. Would recommend her to anyone. Would recommend West-Fit to anyone. They are too busy to look for cash cows, so they are 100% about fixing you and wishing you the best.
