You can go sit in the park with your parents and 7 other people but you cannot go to your parents house or sit in their backyard.
You can go to Walmart with your parents (and 227 other people) too!
More people would follow the rules if the rules made sense.

I'd follow the simple rules like we had last spring. Add masks to what we did then, and I think we'd be good on containing the spread. Nobody can even keep track of the stupid rules anymore. They keep tweaking them in ridiculous ways and threatening 'lockdown' if we aren't able to behave ourselves and prevent the numbers from going up.
Does 'lockdown' even have a meaning to anyone anymore? It seems like we've been through a million shades of Code Red since the fall.
To me, it means, we'd stay home like we did last spring. But they can stop threatening an actual 'lockdown' because we all know that they won't impose a single restriction that keeps people from going to work. They're thowing darts to see how many things they can restrict that aren't related to work, because nobody can get Covid at their job.
