So I am looking for someone with information. How quickly did you start treatment. Va surgury or chemo when your file was put into the cancer care clinic?. I was diagnosed with stomach cancer, and my file was put through to the clinic on Dec 7-8th. Course cancer has blocked off the stomach 100% so no eating/drinking. But I just curiosity as to when one started treatment. Your welcome to pm me thank you.

I have a totally different type of cancer though so I can’t really answer your questions. I just wanted to post and say that I am sorry this is happening to you and that you aren’t alone.

Currently dealing with this issue, and have to say my team is awesome. Didn't really want scopes but decided to wisely follow my Dr.s advice, and glad I did.  
Referral to endoscopist was prompt, and at follow up 2 weeks later plans were already underway for surgery.  
Cancer Care became involved to follow the case, and being a type of cancer, surgery was a priority, and was scheduled within 2 weeks.  
Surgical team was awesome, and the care in the hospital is great considering how busy they are.  
Can't say enough good things about my Dr.s, care team, and the nurses who care for you.
