speaking out of turn here, as I do not know the full in and out of the "program"....but for close onto $100.00 you can get a whole whack of ziplock containers and do exactly the same thing with a little self planning. As for the workouts, there are a ton on Youtube that will give you the same intensity and results.
Honestly, your best bet is spend that $100.00 and go to a local gym and have a consultation with a REAL personal trainer that has taken the schooling for it. The problem with bbody and their "life coaches" are they are the same as you are right now, except they might be 1 month ahead of you. They have NO formal training and do not know what is best for you. When you sit down with a PT, they actually listen to your situation and have the resources at their finger tips to put you on the right path....if you stick to it. Bbody thrives themselves on selling you one program, but in order for ultimate success you should by the drinks, then you should buy this program because you are now completed the 21 day program and buy more shakes. A good PT will sell you the workout/meal plan and they MAY try to sell you a gym membership so they can encourage you.
And for the record I have fallen for quick fixes and none last. I have tried multiple weight/fat loss programs/suppliments, workouts, and looked into most of the mainstream ones too. The hardest thing to come to grips with it....the ONLY way to get to where YOU are happy is HARD WORK! And even then for some of us it takes even harder work (my wife can tell you how much money I have wasted and how hard I work at the little results I see). I know this isn't what you asked, but I just hate seeing people waste money on crap programs like these, when there are cheaper and easier ways.
