Yoga on a Budget

Can anyone recommend somewhere to start for beginner yoga - videos on Netflix etc? I've looked into classes but they seem quite costly. Any suggestions?

go to doyogawithme.com. you can filter any level or style of yoga you want and all the videos are free. Really great site. Good luck!

I introduced yoga into my home daycare this year and did it with the kids. I was a complete newbie at it too so wanted to "ease" into it LOL. I started with YouTube videos on the wii and than bought a DVD. I still do the kids yoga with them but in the evenings before bed I do my own yoga. It really helps me sleep better on the nights I do it. Good luck!

I think I saw it on Facebook that one of the instructors were doing something at one of the parks (maybe dinsdale?) for $2. I don't know any more details and if it was a one time thing or an ongoing thing, but maybe this with refresh someone else's memory about it.

I downloaded several really great apps on my phone - everything from beginner to specialty poses are available.

They are all surprisingly good and easier to do anywhere/anytime than a DVD!
