that you can try. I'll try to explain. Before standing take the foot that is bothering you, pull the foot up like you are crossing your leg and pull the foot straight and run your hand on the bottom, if that makes sense! Do this a couple of times. Try Google to see if it shows a photo that you can understand better that what I am writing, lol!
If that doesn't help get gel inserts to wear, they fit the heels only and help cushion the spur.
