on www.bodybuilding.com and you will see tons of FREE videos of workouts/programs for FREE. You can create a page of workouts you have done and helps to hold you accountable for FREE. These are all pro fitness/bodybuilders that give you FREE info and tips. Depending on the program they will give you FREE diet tips and recipes (not boring tasteless food either). When you are looking they have a goal calculator that you enter your info into and it will set you up with the best program for your goals and depending on which one you choose they will give you a day by day schedule to follow all for the low low price of FREE.
I am a big supporter of real gyms and real personal trainers, but if you are looking for a cheap way to start working out from home bodybuilding.com or YouTube is your best friend (I like bodybuilding.com to get started, so you can start with solid professional instruction/advice then branch out to YouTube once you have the knowledge to weed out the "trainers"). Bodybuilding.com is NOT just for body building, it has many awesome fitness, yoga, stretching programs that require little to no equipment. My wife does a full body Ashley Horner (I think is her name) and it scares me to think about doing it and all you need is a 1 set of dumbbells (save money and use tins of soup or $20.00 at C.Tire) and something to step up onto (stairs, coffee table) and you're off to the races. And the best part about it is all the advice is free (yes I know I've said it numerous times, but you can't go wrong with free) advice from real professionals that have based their lives on fitness. If you don't like the program, try another one cause the next one is free too. The account to look at their programs is free and they don't send out emails and there is no pressure to buy more videos, supplements, snake oil and talk to anyone that will try to pressure you into the next fad. Instead of 1 video for $30-$100 you get tons of workouts/programs for free, right at your finger tips.
