I switched facilities...

I was previously paying for what I feel were outrageous fees for poor customer service, having a personal trainer making last minute cancelations or not showing up, broken equipment, poor management and a dirty facility. I am excited for equipment that is functional (not broken), offers large change rooms, lockers, bigger space and offers a variety of programs tailored to my wants/needs. It was a simple choice for me to switch facilities, especially to lock in that cheaper rate for a 24/7 gym. Joining a gym for the new atmosphere and a closer commute is also a perk.
