Facebook Support - Help

I hope that someone can help me with this issue. I started a birthday fundraiser on Facebook for my favourite charity in November 2021. To date the charity has not received the money. I have tried to deal with Facebook support but all I get is a run-around. You cannot talk to anyone other than on live chat and all support they have offered leads to a dead end.
Is there any way to actually talk to a person? This is very frustrating and I am at my wits end!
