cellphone help!

i have a motorola krzr, and i have no idea how to get my video files onto my computer!
i did not get a usb cord when i got the phone 2 years ago, and i know that is the easiest way.
i have googled over and over, and come up with things like bluetooth (which didn't work for me), and emailing (i recieved the file but it will not play on my computer)
does anyone know anything else i could try? or a way to retry what i've already done. is there s specific program i need on my pc? i've been thinking it could mainly be my computer error...
any help is so appreciated!
