I am looking for a Pressure Canner, not a pressure cooker...the pressure canner is bigger and can hold quart jars...I haven't been able to find one anywhere...thanks

Try Peavy Mart, I think I've seen them there, although if you want the extra rack you'll likely have to order it online.  
 
Mine is from Amazon. I have the Presto one with a guage, I can double-stack pints and half-pints, but only a single layer of quarts.  
 
edit to add: I KNOW I've seen them at Peavy Mart. They even had the All-American brand, because I tried lifting that beast!! LOL They also have the steam canners (next on my wish list) and the large water-baths that will take quarts. But that was last year, I'm not sure they have them in yet.

Peavy Mart has none is stock, but you can order online and have it delivered to their store for pickup - or go with amazon and have it delivered to your home.
