Cost for command start?

What would be a reasonable price to pay to put command start in an older vehicle? Who would you recommend? I had it put in15 years ago but it stopped working about 5 years ago. Don’t have a garage and winter is not my friend.

Reasonable rates a fast turn around time

The cost for the command start really depends on what security measures your car has from the factory for anti theft. Shoot him a message on Facebook or give him a call and he’ll give you an accurate quote

Have you ever changed the batteries in the fob might be that is all you need.

The battery tests good and the light flickers green when you press start on the fob but nothing happens on the car.

You could probably get your current one fixed. Could just be a fuse. Anyone who installs them could look at it. They are pretty similar regardless of make. I always get Harry at Minute Muffler to install mine. He's been doing them for many years.

What is a hood switch? Hood release lever and latch I know but hood switch?

Take it to Rico at kelleher auto tech and sound and have him look at it. He fixed one of mine a few years ago. Way cheaper than new.
