Boot Stretching Services?

Is there a place in Brandon that does simple leather boot stretching? Years ago, there used to be a shoemaker on 7th street, and Union shoes downtown, but I’m unsure if either are still open…

I haven't tried it but read ...
Fill a seallbag of water , stick it in boot & put in deep freeze. Water expands stretches it. Might work.

I have had skates and curling shoes put on a stretcher at Source for Sports before. They might be able to do regular shoes or try the place downtown that has custom shoe repair, they mgiht have the equipment. (Cant remember the name of the store though. Glass front, upstairs and downstair on Rosser Avenue)
