Does anyone know where I can buy (empty) pods to fit in a Keurig machine so I can use my own blends of coffees? I saw them once a year ago but that was in Yorkton. Thanks.

you can also recycle the pods you use in Keurig. Just take the top off after use and carefully wash out the pod without tearing the filter. Fill almost to the top with your favorite coffee and cover with a piece of aluminum foil. Works !

There's also some in the classifieds I just saw.

If you don't need them immediately you can get them shipped within a couple weeks from the alibaba website for about 1 tenth the cost as giant tiger has same brand

We just bought a 2.0 and it says that it is not compatible with reusable filters. I was told that there will be a compatible reusable filter hitting the shelf mid Dec. Has anyone tried the current reuseable filters with the 2.0?

You can make it work for the 2.0. I watched lots of youtube videos on the subject.  
 
All you need to do is:  
 
-take a used pod that currently works then cut the top off  
 
-Cut out the center of the foil top (about the size of a nickel) because it is the outer ring that the machine reads  
 
-tape it to the top of the fake one  
 
I don't know if that explained it very well but I can post a picture of my altered one if you like ????

Not sure about availability locally but we bought reusable filters for the 2.0 at Bed Bath & Beyond in Winnipeg: they have filters for single cup servings and for carafes. Maybe check their website if you aren't going to Wpg.

At Canadian Tire a new shipment is coming in of empty pods to fit these coffee brewers, as K won't read the current non-coffee pod. Ask the sale rep there as she gave us a lesson on this.
