city reimbursement for roots

just go to the city office...east on richmond...you fill out a form.(with your receipt from removing the roots)..they might send someone by to see if a tree is responsible for it...then they send you a cheque...they didn't want the roots I gave them last time...If your property qualifies, you can submit twice a year...the city pays half of the bill.
