My spouse and I are shopping around for a home to buy this year, and are considering some modular/mobile home parks in Brandon or close to Brandon.  
 
An acquaintance mentioned Meadowbrook Village as a nice area, but we're concerned that there isn't many choices for high speed internet. Excellent internet is crucial for us since we'll be working from home.  
 
Those living in the area: what are your thoughts? Suggestions? Is internet access and speed different in the newer section vs the older section? Extra brownie points for anyone that can tell me if Skip the dishes or Dash delivers food to Meadowbrook.

We have MTS!

I have sold Bell MTS internet to some customers in that area.  
 
One thing you can do, if you know the address you are looking at buying, you can go to the Bell MTS website, put it in, and it will let you know what internet speeds are available.

Cant help with the Skip question!

We have had explornet, we had it almost 4 years and no problems once they raised our tower on our roof. Greet customer service if there is any issues

We live out here, in the newer section. We have had no issues with water, power, etc.  
 
We have MTS. And our speeds are faster that those in town as we have fibre right to the house. We also use mts tv with no issues.

The owners of MeadowBrook manufacture the homes and set them up on a lot and sell them there as ready to move in unit.  
The ones you see for sale have not been pre-owned.

We do get some businesses that deliver out here on there own like Boston pizza, little Caesars, chicken chef and soon set dates east side Mario's come out this way but not to sure about skip the dish. It's a really great community to live in I have been out here since 1987 and love it. Lots of new activities being set up to make it even better.
