Home Designers / Help with Renos

We are looking for a company that can help with a home design for a house we are renovating. We are planning on redesigning an entire floor of the house and changing the layout. We want a plan drawn up that can be handed over to a contractor or work on it ourselves.
Can anyone recommend a company that provides such services?
