help...no water from my well....need help ASAP

so i think i need a new pump as it's running constantly & rarely building up pressure. when it does & hits 40 it still doesn't shut off. i'm going to replace the pressure tank too as it's waterlogged & i think it's where the problem with the pump started.
i am new to wells, pumps etc. can someone tell me if i am right that these need to be replaced? and where's a good place to get supplies.
