Needing a bookshelf stripped

I have been working on stripping an old bookshelf by myself. I am almost to the stage of sanding it all down, however, I find it extremely hard on my neck and arms as I have a disc problem in my neck. Is there any sweet soul out there that could help me finish this project for minimal $$? I don't want to take it to a business that does this as it would cost too much.
It is about 5' tall by 4' wide. Help!! Please??
