Four season sun room questions ...

We are thinking of adding a four season sunroom on our house this summer. It is going to be a good size ... probably 20 x 12 or so. Does anyone have any recommendations ... anything that you did that you would change ... any suggestions as to contractor(s)?
I have wondered about putting a skylight on the side of the peak that would face south. As the sun is further north in the summer and further south in the winter I am wondering if that would work well ... what do you think?
