Need a Plumber!

So here is the problem. I live in a mobile home and have one toilet that is almost completely plugged up. I have tried to snake the clog out (with a small snake), but it looks like its not in the toilet its self, but the plumbing below the home. Now anyone have any ideas of what I can maybe try? Or know of a good cheap plumber?
