Window's from the USA

We are building a new home and were wondering if the windows (Jeld-Wen) from the USA were to code??
I know people are going to have their oppionions about buying from the states... we are just inquiring about them. The price is more than half the price if they were purchased here. We have already purchased our main floor windows (Jeld-Wen) from here and are just inquiring about our basement windows!
