I was driving in Brandon today following this car, in the window it had that sign that says "baby on bored" I went to drive by her to see her smoking in her car, with the windows up, and two children no more than two years old in the back. Now i know in some places thats against the law.. is it not in Manitoba?? I was just discusted by what i saw!
