AC 360 Black or White(Race on Kids)

I watched AC360 last night about Race on Kids. I was shocked to the marrow and my heart sunk what parents tell their kids about race. More than 76% of white kids pointed to the black/brown skinned kids as Dumb kids, Mean kids and Kids adult don't like. Well, few white kids said it doesn't matter what the skin looked like and all that matters is what the person is inside(I m so proud of that girl's parents!). I m just shocked this race thing still has a strong impact on kids in 2010. What do you think parents?
