Day Care Centre in Rivers?

We are currently working towards opening a day care centre with both infant and preschool spaces in Rivers and we are looking for some input from the community and surrounding areas. There will be surveys mailed out in the next week, but until, I thought this might be a more effective way of getting some feedback.
Our biggest challenge will be of course staffing as we will require an ECE 3 for Director and ECE 2 - both full and part-time - if you or anyone you know may be interested, please PM me for more information.
Other than that I have some questions:
- Would a licenced day care facility be welcomed in Rivers? Would your family benefit from it? Would the community?
- Would your family benefit from having the current nursery school combined with a day care centre in the same building?
- Would you personally utilize a Day Care Centre in Rivers?
- Would you or your spouse be willing to work with a board or committee for the Day Care or Day/Care Nursery School for approximately 20 - 30 hours per year?
