does anyone have a paper mache recipe?

I am trying to find a decent paper mache recipe. I want to help each of my boys make their own piggy banks. Yeah I know I could buy them each one but I figured this would be alot more special.
It has been years since I have made anyhting out of paper mache so any advice or tips would be great.
