Yes, I know there are several discussions about potty training and tips. My situation is a little different and I want to see if anyone has any advice or gone through the same thing. I'm about 98% sure my child is ready for potty training. She knows what the potty is and will run to the toilet and say she has to pee or poo. The problem I am having with her is that she won't actually sit on anything properly. She has such a tiny little bum that it seems like she's uncomfortable or something. She will sit on her potty, but on the edge. She tries to climb up on the big toilet, but will sit on the edge. If I put the seat from her potty on the big toilet she gets incredibly angry, hits it, and storms off. So, in the end she just ends up back in diapers or peeing on the floor. Does anyone know of a good potty that has a smaller hole? Or something I can do to make her feel comfortable sitting on it? This has been going on for a few months.
