Have any other parents on the spectrum tried this? I have started it with my son but i am having a EXTREAMLY hard time finding prodcuts (mainly cookies, snacks) without soy!, Is soy in small amouts allowed? i've been reasearching alot online but i'd like some input from other local/westman families with children who have ASD or are on the spectrum! It's day 2 and i am already seeing improvements! another problem i'm having is trying to introduce new foods that he will eat!, how to make it fun for him or to maybe try and "disguise" certain things he doesn't like but needs to have (i.e veggies) any information, tips or advice is totally appreciated!
