3 kids-3 Suspensions-Good or just Goofy?

3 children, 3 schools, 3 suspensions. Child one was suspended for farting on a school bus, while child 2 was supspended for a backpack he wore to school that featured a girl with an inappropriate amount of cleavage, and child 3 was tossed because his hair was too long. He was grwoing it to donate to children recovering from cancer treatments. Which ones are justified and which ones aren't? Are all of them? None of them?
