What are your thoughts on the article in today's Brandon Sun regarding the boy who beat up his Mother because of her alleged meth affiliation? This story has really got me to thinking. I feel bad for the entire family who must be suffering for so many reasons involving this drug.  
 
I also think that showed integrity for him to be passionate about the right/wrong here, but agree that he responded in an unproductive manner. It says that he is being sentenced to counselling (in addition to probation I think). I applaud that initiative available to him. I assume such guidance and direction was not identified or shared with him prior to this blow-up.  
 
But wow. What a complicated incident. I sincerely hope all parties involved are able to overcome this.
