nanny or child care for shift workers

Just wondering what if any ideas anyone has for a couple that are looking to start a family in Brandon . Downside is we are both shift workers (12hours)and we have no family here.Without one of us quiting to stay home is there some things we should be looking into to find the flexibillty we need. Thank you.
