Need to get a play pen fixed

I have a playpen that I need repaired. I looks as though the stitching on some of the seams is coming undone (the bottom corners under the mattress). The playpen isn't that old, and is in excellent shape in every other aspect. Does anyone know where I could take this to have it fixed?
