Out of curiosity: New Years Eve babysitting

Are there still people looking for overnight sitters for New Years? Would you use one of the people that have posted ads on here? How much would you be willing to pay? I'd definitely be willing to take kids overnight. But to send my child, I don't know. I would just feel more comfortable sending my child to someone I know really well. I was curious how others felt.
