looking for things to do with a 4 year old. . .

I am wondering what there is to do for 4 year olds in Brandon . . . I am thinking of playgroups . . .not parenting groups . . . I know the YMCA has a drop in program but most of theirs are on Saturdays Im thinking more during the week. And the library does a story time also . . . does anyone know if you can go to story time even if you live out of Brandon . . . since we dont have a library card? By the way swimming and such are out of the question as I have a newborn baby.
