Hello,
Does anyone know where in Brandon you can get balloons to be filled with helium - with a shiny finish.

I went to loony twoons yesterday and they do the helium - but all their balloons are the matte finish. I want shiny. Thanks!

Dollarama. You have to buy them there. Can't take in your own. Worth a call.
