We've recently moved to a small community outside of Brandon. Our new neighbors have 2 dogs,what appears to be a rot X lab and a shiztu (spelling x). They are renovating and their dogs are constantly in our yard. I wouldn't be so concerned but I have small children. Not to mention the gifts they leave on the lawn. My husband has spoke to the people politely and then again not so polite. And again today I find their animals in my yard. I chased them home then I went over.  
 
I can't understand how hard it is to tie them up, or keep an eye on them. I've had dogs and cats. My last 2 cats were 17 years old, I was devestated when they had to be put down.  
 
Am I expecting too much from others to respect other peoples property? One of the big reasons we moved was because a neighbor in our old area had the same problem. And the city by-law enforcement were constantly leaving notices. Why get a pet when you can't take care of it properly? Am I taking crazy pills or does this bother anyone else?
