Does anyone know cat adoption prices around Brandon?

adopting from the city pound? Fees are very reasonable. You can go to the Brandon police website, search under departments and then the pound. It shows a photo of every adoptable cat or dog out there.  
I wish you luck if you go thru the pound, I tried to adopt a beautiful cat out there but was denied, there was no reason but i can only speculate as to why i was denied.

Beautiful animals out there that are well cared for. Give them a call.

with oodles of people getting pets because they are lonely or whatever reason .when things get back to normal and people get busy are all the animals going to be rehomed because no has time for them all the excuses people usually have when they no longer want them .

Right now getting from the Humane Society is more difficult because of CoVid & the allowing of people in the facility. I do not know the rules at the pound. When I got a cat there last summer she was in the $200ish range... plus tax I think. They have a rigorous adoption process so be prepared, though rare, adoptions will get rejected sometimes.  
 
Once a cat is adopted from the BHS the kennel is usually filled with a cat rescued from the pound. Adopting from either the BHS or the pound typically will save the life of a cat at the pound.  
 
Prices at the BHS are higher because they ALWAYS get the animal spayed/neutered, shots, & treatment for any illnesses. The BHS does not receive any governmental funding but is entirely run & operated through donation & sponsorships, I believe the pound is tax-payer financed (though I may be wrong).  
 
The BHS is a no kill shelter whereas the pound is not, therefore there is a much larger variety of cat personalities & appearances.  
 
So either/or I say if you want a cat, have thought about getting a cat (for a while, not spontaneously) then definitely get one. Paying more at BHS though has more of an assurance (though no guarantee) of getting a fit & healthy cat.

Neepawa Vet is also their animal shelter. They had a posting on their Facebook page that they had lots of black cats of various ages and temperments that nobody wanted simply because they are black.  
Some beautiful cats too.  
The cost of the black cats were dirt cheap considering they have vet care. If I wasn't allergic to cats, there were lots I would have loved to take home.  
I know they are not Brandon, but they are still cats who need forever homes.

We got our kitten from STCP last year. I think the cost was $120 which i:ncluded first shots, vet check etc AND a certificate for a free spay when she was old enough. I thought that was a good deal and she’s worth every penny

I recently adopted an adult cat from Funds for Furry Friends. $90 for an adult, including all vetting. Prices differ a bit for seniors and kittens.

I got my 2 boys from Virden Pet Network. My daughter adopted her 2 girls from Neepawa Vet Clinic. Both places are cheaper than Brandon. And all great cats!! Check out their websites.
