I was looking out my front window and a lady was walking her dog. The dog was trying to stop and do a do do and the lady was just looking the other way and dragging the dog along. I guess if she didn't see it she would not have to pick it up.
Maybe when she is sitting on the can we could tie a rope around he neck and drag her along.
If you want a dog just clean up after it.
