noticed there are sure a lot of large breed dogs coming up for Free lately adults . litters of puppies .

There are too many dogs of all sizes (and cats) everywhere. Everyone needs to spay and neuter their pets no matter what size they are. There is no excuse for not doing so!

Every other day you seem to be posting about complaining about something.  
 
I was able to get one of these large breed dogs (although a puppy) yesterday and the family is having a blast! (Yes she will be spayed come proper age).  
 
You also do not know the story behind why the animal is for sale/free. Such as the two 6 year old Great Pyranese at the pound. I am assuming owner may have passed away, who knows!  
 
But who are you to judge? Is it concerning you? Is it hurting you? Is it going to make your life different then it is now?

Jeezs I was just making a simply observation it just makes me sad for the dogs that do not find a home that's all .

I don’t know. Although both of our dogs are spayed.  
I believe that to start with many people need to be better educated about the responsibilities of caring properly for any animal and they need to be held accountable. For example in my town dogs have to be restrained or leased when outside yet I often see dogs wondering the town alone ( and their owners allow them to do so with no enforcement). Also cats are allowed to roam freely with no bylaw in and out of everyone yards and doing their business in our gardens and I think that’s wrong. Education and taking responsibility is what’s needed.

If the free dose and puts were posted for sale for $500 each would you be less unhappy? Or would you then complain about crossbreed dogs being sold for good money when they are just mutts?  
 
My female dog is not spayed-it is best to not spay a giant breed dog before at least 18 months. Do you know how many litters of puppies she has had? Zero. Do you know how many I expect her to have? Zero. One can be a responsible pet owner without spaying their dogs.  
 
I am happy to see that dogs and puppies have become more affordable for an average family-the covid era prices were insane.

I totall agree with waiting to spay/neuter, especially in large breed dogs. They need those hormones to help them through their growth period. I also think that there are far too many homeless dogs right now that people should not be breeding, unless you are a preservation breeder, as these breeders often have waitlists, do appropriate health testing and breed for the standard and temperament of the breed. Rarely you will find a dog from one of these breeders in a rescue/pound as contracts more often than not, require the owner to reach out to the breeder if they are unable to keep the dog.  
 
Backyard breeders who breed for money are increasing, mostly because people will pay the ridiculous price for a "designer breed" (aka mutt), and it is getting harder and harder for pepople to put food on their tables, which encouages the backyard breeder to continue (because who doesn't like tax-free money??).  
 
I have spent most of my life getting dogs from humane societies, rescues, etc, and all of those dogs that I have had come with baggage - separation anxiety, fear of females/males, unable to house train, aggressive, etc. I stopped trying to incorprate these dogs into my life. I now go to preservation breeders, wait on the list for 2-3 years and get the well bred puppy that is far easier to live with. Just my two cents.
