Hey Brandon friends,  
I am noticing that winter weather and some times fall or spring time the weather can be not so great or really bad. I was wondering if there are enough people who would love to see a dog park that is indoor for weathers that may not be great for people.  
for those who are interested, we need to talk and see what we could do for the puppies we love and also to keep us warm.  
I noticed in the States there are quite a few indoor Dog parks and Dog hotels that looks neat and I wonder would we be able to establish an indoor Dog Park.

There is several dog daycares in Brandon. Offering indoor and outdoor play. Far more structured and safe than a dog park.

I've seen the way people ignore their dogs' behaviours at dog parks. I don't think anyone would want to invest in a business that would likely end up with lawsuits. I agree that if you want your dog to have some indoor exercise during the cold months, you should consider a doggy daycare where they are supervised by staff. Accidents will happen but they happen a lot more often when not adquately supervised.

They have a walking route and running area.  
They already allow cows and horses.  
Why not dogs?

The biggest expense is securing or owning a building. The heating and insurance are sky high, not to mention the staff and cleaning services that would be required.  
Plus, this gig would only be financially supported for 4-5 months of the year.  
Any of us running kennels or daycares might have likely done this already, but the numbers would never add up unless you can be open year round with 100’s of dogs daily.  
So, wonderful! Idea, but business wise, it would likely fail.
