Dog Growth Spurts?

My dog is 13months old, she has been really restless at night- like really not herself. She is drinking and not eating a lot. She is still going to the bathroom like normal. I have not observed her much during the day as I am at work. Is she having her final growth spurt? Do dogs feel that like how kids do? Is this a normal thing in doggy development?
