salt water help

hey guys i bought a green mandrin fish about 1 month ago he was doing very well in the tank but now he just sits there and is looking pertty skinny not maoving around much.i learned that they eat copopods witch are found on live rock,witch my tank dosent have much of. so if anyone out there has a quarentien tank or some space in there refugium tank i would sure like some help to get my fish better.. thanks everyone
