What do you feed a 2 wk old kitten?

Just discovered something that was really dissappointing. We usually have spade female cats here on our farm but they all grew old and eventually passed away. Last year we got a female young cat and left her unspade until she would have a litter of kittens and we would have our supply of hunters again. About two weeks ago she went away and had them ... we were not sure where they were until this morning ... when I found one little kitten hollering for help. It seems that something killed three of the four kittens and mama is no where to be found. I expect that she tried to fight off what ever had killed the kittens and met her end too(not possitive yet, as we have not found her). It is all very dissappointing and now I have a 2 week old kitten to care for. Does anyone know a recipe for milk for this little baby (I have fed it with diluted evaporated milk which worked well for little jack rabbits).
Once this kitten gets underway I expect that we will look for a home were someone can give it a lot of TLC.
I should add that we live almost an hour from Brandon and there will be nowhere closer than that where I could buy a can of proper formula.
