cigarettes and the dog park.

I have a big problem with people who throw their cigarette butts on the ground at the dog park! dogs could eat them and get sick, i feel obligated to go and pick them up with a poop bag. so if you smoke at the dog park than please be considerate enough to put it out than pick it up.
