Some parents get rather angry when some dog owners without children claim "my dog is my kid". Dog owners buy birthday gifts for their dogs, they get pictures taken with Santa, they get treated as a member of the family, so if they're a member of the family, should the go to church? Should they get Communion? It has happened in Toronto, and Trapper the Rescue Dog is now the centre of some unwanted attention. Thoughts?
